Ugly Carrot Cakes are shipped via UPS. We only ship on Monday and Tuesday via Overnight or 2nd Day Air, so order your cake early and keep it frozen until you need it! Place your order ASAP so we can ensure your cake is sent out with our weekly shippment. You specify upon checkout when you'd like it shipped!

Be sure to open the box right away or put the whole box in your freezer to open later. The cream cheese frosting is REAL so you need to get it into the refridgerator or freezer to store. The cake can be frozen/regrigerated as well if you do not plan on serving it right away.

What's inside!

The cream cheese icing and cake are packaged separately for safe shipping.


Every cake is pre-cut into two layers so you can add cream cheese icing in the middle for extra coverage if you wish!

Serve on your own plate or simply keep it on the cake board it comes with! Be gentle handling the layers!

Next, simply cut open the bag of frosting at one corner and squeeze 1/3 to 1/2 of the contents onto the first layer.


Use a spoon, knife, or spatula to smooth out the frosting, and place the second layer on top.


Squeeze the remaining frosting onto the top of the cake and smooth down the sides if you wish. Here's the part where you can make it "pretty" and "give it a makeover" or just serve it up REAL ugly if you wish!


Here's a tip for serving like the pros: cut the cake down the middle then you can cut straight, even slices!
